We knew an increase to Royalties or Taxes was on the cards after government review was announced. There was an understandable amount of doom and gloom and I am sure a bunch of investors sold out at the prospect. Now the announcement comes out and it's honestly on the benign side. I am thankful that BF gov engaged with the large gold companies and kept the increase under control. BF can now return to investors radars. This must lead to some re-rate for WAF over the next few months.
