to be fair Option 4 is DRC goes rogue , this is the dumbest outcome but you cant put it outside the realm of possibility. In this option, DRC does not act on ICSID and ICC outcomes, they become one of the 40 odd countries that have not signed up to ICSID (there are 158 that have signed up) they fail to attract international investment, their entire battery aspirations are trashed along with infra investment, the country goes into pariah state and in effect 95m peoples future is crushed so that a few profit. On the plus side, at least the people ruining this forum will go away and perhaps improve their mental health
