The number of trained users has gone up from 12K to 13K this quarter. This is a bit slow for me. Especially at this stage. I would have expected the number to grow quite fast when the trainers start training new users. Without this growth, the implementation will be slow. I hope the company can do something to help the number of trained users to grow faster.
Other than that, the whole business model is very sound. And would dearly love to see the impact on the bottom line once that beautiful baby app is released soon.
