Looking at companies that have previously had this happen metal X limited had a 249D in june 2020 and by july 10 a company update stated that all three directors have resigned and the 249D was withdrawn. As it costs money too hold these meetings i wonder if the conversations are being had right now about jimmie resigning as a director.
