Also I find it laughable and extremely selfish that the residents of those 17 houses in the village of Dukla who have or will be offered an 'above-market' price buyout offer by CEZ are considering turning it down and are protesting.
In the article below it is clear that these are retired/post retirement people in the 'sunset years' of their life, but they are willing to limit future economic development path of the entire country? i.e. these 17 houses are having a material impact on the lives of 11 million people and their future!
