    i suppose we have to take it that this deal is no longer exclusive.
    open to market.
    either way, i think a reasonable person would consider an update required.
    big difference in still looking at it & we walked away.

    i reckon this is the output of a BOD that meets 4 times a year.
    Btw….. go divide their next year’s package by 4.
