Shorting small caps is not straight forward, particularly with volume and unknown pricing. Absolutely certain it was orchestrated well in advance of the latest DMOAD release but they saw their opportunity and took it.
To be balanced here thought there were some signs CR was coming and my BS filter wasn't fully engaged given all the hype from the company itself over "non dilutive preference" and China and combined MPS/OA deals. These deals are gonna happen just after the horse has bolted with the outlier upside. Going forward I now need to carefully monitor my own thesis creep with PAR.
