The NEL TBMs will be ready by March 24 so a final decision cannot be that far away.
7 Million tonnes of PASS in two years is about 290,000 per month or about 10,000 tons a day from two TBMs
That's 250 loads a day
Sounds like they may need more than one site to dispose PASS
Can't see a traditional site lime treating 10,000 tonnes of PASS a day by themselves
