for this project to be valued at 10M even 20M, the absolute worst has already been priced in …, and a reasonable chance this will end up better than worst case scenario imho.

ps: as a previous and perhaps future ivr holder, I watched the latest IVR preso on small caps yesterday. Same impression as before - simple high grade project (water an issue but not insurmountable) but with significant work to do and 1.5-2yrs behind BML. I don’t believe it’s fundamentally worth more than BML except it may react better to silver hype. Andrew Mcillwsin is ok but he isn’t a stand out ceo either. Although at least he does presentations lol.
