    Interesting they choose cr and keep zero debt. Pros and cons I guess. Q1 looks reasonably good. Staff costs is very high but that shouldn't be hard to fix. Just need NHS to get back to normal. I'll keep going with alc, may be able to add to holding at dirt cheap price like 5c.
