Yep, and although I know that the current share price doesn't necessarily reflect the sale value of the company, it doesn't encourage a purchaser to offer an appropriate amount as a purchase price. I mean if the shareholders/market don't think it is worth more than 11cents then a purchaser might think we would be happy to accept just a little more than that !!!
If the market doesn't value the IP at more than 11 cents per share then something is not OK with that picture at this stage of proceedings. Having a higher share price projects an expectation of what shareholders believe it is really worth. I would love to know what exposure 4DS has had in the media in the USA and Europe in particular. Is there a reason why, that despite the outstanding results this is all getting kept on the 'down low' ? The market obviously considers there to be significant risk, enough perceived risk that it can't prevent the downward manipulation of the share price. Why is there this perceived risk ?? .......... Lack of transparency perhaps ? Lack of market exposure ? The fact that the BOD have more to gain / lose than anyone of us here makes me think they must have a bloody good reason for this continued lack of transparency and exposure. I just wish I could understand the reasons why .
Why has IMEC not validated our test results yet ? Surely if they were running the tests independently this would have been completed this by now. If IMEC was being considered as a broker for a sale, I don't think that a product validation from them is inappropriate. In every case a prospective buyer will be doing their own due diligence and running their own tests before committing to a purchase anyway. There could not be a more respected source to validate the results that have been reported.
I didn't like that DM put a figure of a $Billion MC on 4DS .......that is signalling his expectation to prospective buyers of what he thinks it is worth. I don't understand why he would do that ! It is not a good place to start negotiating from, and I feel it was very inappropriate .
Very disappointing !!
