They are performance rights from FY 2021 - the performance hurdles attached to the rights were not met so the rights have now been cancelled - this is standard procedure and common with small co's. The rights are typically issued to the Board and senior management to reward them if the performance hurdles are met - typically these performance hurdles include share price appreciation.
