And you're right, this will just be the beginning - Regional targets and opportunities at the grassroot level will feed the development pipeline and give us something to look forward to in the future - such opportunities will also attract a premium, especially given the size of our tenure and only such a small amount of it has been drilled. Tip of the ice berg here. I see 60c well before upgrade and much bigger things to come in future
