Why do you think this is such a bad report?
Dose sales up 14% seems to be the important message to me.
The reduction in profit was due to increased research expenditure and adverse currency movements.
Increased research will pay future dividends as treatment becomes accepted as mainstream. Further adverse currency effects unlikely for a while now.
It seems to me the growth story is very much intact.
