Dr was on a reduced salary and hence the bonus pool was understandably remunerating the Dr on successful corporate transaction.
I vaguely remeber DM throwing the dummy when SH previously voted No for his remuneration and calling to resign? If the bonus pool votes go in the negative, would DM call the bluff to resign again?
I for one think DM is great for capital raising etc but is probably not the best salesman to navigate the corporate transaction. I say bring back JD and hence i will be voting No.
