For the winter 2022-23 crop (last year's), at a quick look GNC did not publish an initial update until 16 November 2022, which is still (in 2023 equivalent) two weeks into the future.

Despite what might seem to be the 'good position' in 2023 thus far (i.e. not far behind 2022, and with two weeks to 'catch up'), this is highly likely to overstate the final (depressed) position that we'll know in January 2024.
