The 4C numbers probably would have been the same as RV was looking after the business before the spill. He knows the ins and outs of IPD, imo not much time needed to get the new directors updated.
If anyone now claims to be mislead then it was clearly done by Rick and the previous board members.
At least Trader-Steini gets his action while Investor-Steini needs to be patient..
