1. It is also all upside for him to do so, should a sale eventuate. We don't know if a sale will eventuate, but we all feel it's better to at least have some exposure if that does happen. So why wouldn't he sign up to an established reward structure...makes sense even if he doesn't know of any likely pending exit.
2. It doesnt indicate or mean a sale is imminent.
But yes agree on the surface it's a good indicator of some confidence.
I was merely offering opinion on why i think the SP is flat in the face of our 'revolutionary tech'.
