What sucked me into this dog of a stock were the claims that:

(1) LPD could process mica-heavy lepodolite through a patented process;
(2) nobody else could do this;
(3) mica lepidolite was essentially treated as a waste material;
(4) LPD used world's best green processes, which meant an almost zero waste output;
(5) LPD was caspable oif modular engineering for the patented process;
(6) Transportable containerised modular processing plants could be transported to hard-rock mines, and scoop up the waste mica contaminated lepidolite for almost zero cost;
(7) processing could take place on-site, with zero waste; and
(8) it would be hugely profitable either by zero input cost (mica, you see - whats to be done with it?) or by cheap, on-site tolling.

None of this was true, was it.
