I would go further and say NO to everything. Otherwise we give them them more power to dilute and the power to hold virtual AGMs so there goes our right to attend the AGM in person and direct questions to them. Also, by saying no to the Renumeration Report we give ourselves the power to cause a Spill the following AGM if we are still unhappy with them. Take back some power, people.
