could it be the purpose of dual listing is actually to spread out the risk of hostile takeover.
not sure on the ASX side. in KLSE side, we are used to quarters financial update, however due OMH reporting, there are less insight on quarterly, and sp major fluctuations had hindered retail investor to participate.
perhap next year, when dividend policy is implemented, outlook will be slightly better, with participation of Institute, which not being seen so far
