i have heard some of this also, nothing so much as to contrary to this, but, hadn't heard all of this...
having said that, epic fail this miscalculation, and if they weren't at the top, they'd have been given the arse if employees...
i have voted against the remuneration report and the performance bonuses... i have voted for donna's re-election... albeit, i more want her as employee than director, but, prefer to have her onboard more than not... but, i guess it's possible she would still remain as an employee even if not re-elected.... her existing shares (free to her) are enough incentive, plus the likelihood of pay rises should PAR ultimately be successful anyway...
i have also voted for employee shares...
i will be taking up my allocation still... i'm a slowwwww learner.
