Do some research and if you can find 1 case of this facility working I would love to hear about it...I can give you 100s that have failed because of this spiral. I have been a shareholder in 3-4 that this type of funding.
Problem is that management see the $30m and start to plan spending accordingly. With a $75m market cap thats a 40% dilution. As they struggle to find retail willing to buy and the SP goes lower, the dilution multiplies. Obviously, if the company is smashing the lights and is releasing constant good news, then all is good. But pre profitability, these facilities make these " vulture funds" a lot of money.
I don't want to offend any holders by these posts, but I have been burn badly in the past but this type of facility.
