There is a few points i can choose. Then one as director would be the Conflict of interests as a director. Is this what you advise? There is also Removed funds from the company ( was thinking about the purchase price of MNZ or the 1m to brainpack or the fake R&D transactions to make it look like revenue was growing) There is also the one about they being in dispute with other directors which i believe he has had disputes with the former board. Also making claims that are untrue. ( R&D crap)
