You would have to think this is all being done on purpose. They are pretty much nailing the opposite to what the market and shareholders want.
Clearly want SP low for one reason or another….. some sort of takeover?
BODs and management get rewarded heavily in takeovers.

JB had done this to the other company he leads, completely crushed the SP. Northern Lights Resources. It’s rooted, probably terminal.

Anyone got view on why directs up for re-election even after being voted in last year?
