56m shares traded today which in $$ terms is only ~$112k (as most trades seemed to have been at the $0.002), but that is still a significant number of shares for this company
someone with a decent shareholding decided at ~3pm to sell and almost wiped out most of the buyers at that price....4C must have spooked them, and does show that a microcap with limited liquidity is going to have its price knocked with a relatively small amount of the MC traded.
It does however mean that the MC of this is 'only' ~$5m.......you'd imagine that Clark would be worth double that, but what is going to make a bit of a difference is if they can start generating some profits from all this students they are getting in the door.....I don't recall them quantifying the financial impact or any forecast, but if someone has seen this please advise.
The other large overhang is the court decision which still seems to be open.......again no update on this in the notes
