A good friend of mine who was very senior in the NSW government, advised me to never rely on government for your project to succeed, the promises may never come to reality. That is what I like about the current strategy of Silex, they aren't waiting for govt. they raise $120million and are pushing ahead with the acceleration program and anticipate achieving the pilot plant by mid 2024. MG stated at the AGM that he didn't know when DOE were going to approved HALEU supply and "we aren't waiting". He is working with the knowns, we have the Tails contract with DOE, the market price for Uranium, conversion and enrichment are very favourable and probably will continue to improve, and the US are pursuing nuclear fuel independence. We also have LOI with the three biggest utilities in USA and Cameco have an option to buy another 26% of GLE with a sunset clause of 30 months after the achieving TRL6. Try and put all of that plus Zero spin, medical isotopes and PLEF 1,2,3 on a chart, that's why JH doesn't comment on Silex.
