SEQ acquired an afsl and had issues with behaviour prior to then owning it.
to my knowledge, there are no issues that occurred whilst seq owned the afsl
this is different because PH had a review by ASIC back in 2021, found risk controls lacking.
they were self licensed back then. No acquired issues, different afsl
