Hi handyman1, I too was curious about the 'Proceeds from the Sale of Investments" and found this from page 65 of the latest annual report (NOTE 24: EVENTS SUBSEQUENT TO REPORTING DATE):
Redemption of Redeemable Preference Shares
In August 2023, the Company fully redeemed all redeemable preference shares in Enable Investments Pty Ltd of $5,349,356.
As far as I can tell, they are still waiting for the mining lease to be granted. The application was submitted in March 2021...
