Basically everything planned at the start is now out the door with a complete new plan. (other words they had no idea what they are doing)
And yes, as soon as things start to look like it might be heading in the right direction they sell the retail investors out.
Hans Mende gets a seat at the table now, this will slow up the poor decisions in the future.
