they have the same/similar disclosure rules in the USA as we have, so if they (inr) sign a deal on (say) Wednesday in the states at 1.00pm (East Coast time) that's 4.00am Thursday in Sydney. That announcement may be huge - lest's imagine the it was to tell the world the permit to mine had been granted - which would kick the US SP up dramatically before being announced in Australia. i.e. the US price would lead the AUS price
