I understand what you are saying but the price wasn't going down either. My point being there was no trend before the left shoulder. It was trading side ways and now there is a gap. I don't see how it can be considered a continuation h&s.. what exactly is continuing? Are you considering the 1 day gap a down trend? And this a bearish continuation h&s pattern?
