They should not offset China IMF they should expand and build on top of it. This is how you grow. Yes, diversification is good, brand expansion is good, new products, etc. etc. All of these good, but so far nothing of these happening in any meaningful way and with all of those money they have nobody understand why. 2 years since new strategy presentation and what we have? Pretty much nothing. Not even a hint on when can we expect some sort of changes. Should we wait for another 2 years? Maybe 3 or 5? When I first invested in a2 IMF wasn't even a thing for them. After initial success of IMF in China the idea was to use it as a foundation to get to broader dairy market. Now they have money and even bought MVM but so far have failed to grow meaningfully beyond IF. And now they are seen pretty much just as a regional IF company that stuck in single market with single product with no clear pass forward.
