So will we not crash anymore?

Yes WC8 gained 10c to finish at 85.5c. Our volume was good but less than what we were doing last week, just over 16m shares traded. An open on 77.5, a low of 77 and a high of 86. Finishing on 85.5 near day's high may be considered very bullish for those following price action/charts.

On Tuesday we had a big drop of 18%. It was all gloom and doom - at least for some. Lot of well wishers came to advise us that we should sell and get out - I am sure many may have genuinely thought they were giving right advise, although some would be good going around in stocks that have a fell and try to be genius. Yesterday we had a green, those well wishers reduced, though some were there. Today another green. I didn't see much of that advise, maybe they waiting for a red day.

On Tuesday I had written that last time we dropped 18%, next day we rose 79% on a great announcement. We didn't get an announcement this time. So moderate increases. Yesterday we gained 7%, today over 13%. Maybe it will take a few days to get to that 79%. That would take us to $1.25 - looks unlikely for most, but is possible, we never know - may be on an announcement.

So how are we tracking? I feel its looking very good. We touched 86 today - the number of the 186m transfer. Just on trading pattern and our ability to do a number of greens, its very likely the run may continue. If I look thru trading pattern, we do very few 2 greens. Usually its at least 3 and can go up to 8. So on that pattern alone we may get a green tomorrow - but please dyor as anything can happen.

Personally I have been playing a bit with my trading stocks. I usually play with around one-third stocks on a daily/short-term basis and hold two-thirds till something major happens. So I had sold some on Monday at 90, bought back at 70 on Tuesday. Yesterday not much. Today I sold a bit on 81 thinking like yesterday it may do a high of 81.5. Had to buy back at 84 after it crossed a key level of 83, so lost 3 cents, but on a portion of stock, sometimes it does not work to be smart, but I like trading, and try to have more wins then losses. Also seeing the run, picked up extra trading stocks on closing auction at 85. Just shows that in a bull trend buy and hold may be a very good strategy

For those who read my posts, there are two things which I have been saying right from my first post several weeks ago. Firstly, a gut feel that something is happening, which made me buy bulk of my stocks in 30s and 40s. We now know that something is happening/has happened, we have seen a lot of it. But I feel its just the first chapter. Many new chapters may come in weeks and months. Secondly, I have said repeatedly, stock is not for faint-hearted. Only reason I say that is because its very volatile - one moment could be euphoria, next panic. But if someone has conviction, and is ready to take some risk, then will suit those. There is risk in any stock, what matters is risk/reward - and it still looks very good from here.

So what may happen tomorrow? Last 3 days trading has shown us the volatility. Last 10 days we have had 8 green days. I feel another volatile day may come - it could be red or green as we never know, but probability one would think of green is better. Today's trading was painting a picture, especially when 80 held and a dash for 86 was made. It seemed to be that it wants to go somewhere. Not sure where. Maybe wants to make a new ATH above 93.5. Maybe wants to get over $1. The $1 magnet can pull through shortly. Will that happen? Lets hope so. All the best.
