Very healthy dividend expected next year, given the current price. Hopeful inflation numbers are still on a downward trajectory, though it seems more than likely the RBA will raise rates at next week's meeting. For my money, if CLW are able to keep their gearing under control, rising rates are also a positive, as they will tend to drive down the appetite for new property investments. My 2 cents' worth says this should not go down much further, if at all, and in the medium term, things look quite good for this company.
