Interesting, Saudi stuff is good and I understand now that Saudi's arent stumping up money initially - they are stumping up money for downstream processing. Which makes the capraise make a lot more sense.
Still a little unsure why they are doing it before the PFS. Either its a duster and they are wringing us before it comes out, or they are grabbing shares for them and their mates on the cheap.
