What about the price !!!
For heaven’s sake it’s not about whether we want to incentivise David or not it’s having an incentive which is reasonable and he is being payed about half a million to do a job . We are also proposing performance rights .
David is well paid he doesn’t need to be given under priced options or he is the wrong guy. Performance options should reflect an over and above performance.
- If we issue equity options make sure the price is indicative of something having been done and not yet another dilution for existing long suffering investors.
- As far as the Board is concerned same issue , put your money where your mouth is . If you want a free ride stand in line.
I can’t believe how easy we allow dilution and throw good money after bad in this s#%t s~<w .
This is no longer investing !!!
