Hi db and others.
I do not possess the brain power to convene such a group that would be needed, lawyer and business people and those with geology/mining, etc.
I'm just a foot soldier with some ideas that I can execute as I feel the need. I don't possess the rounded skill set needed to convene this group but I do thank you for putting my name forward. I do know of a poster how may be interested and you db have communicated with him.
To further the discussion and to provide a thoughtful path to take over GSR a new company would need to be listed on the ASX a Pty Limited company can only have a maximum of 50 members. So buying a suspended listed company shell would allow the 3400 shareholders that GSR has to be accommodated. If a list shell can be found at a cheap price thats the vehicle to use as it is already set up.
Like I said before a convenor will have a heap more brain power than I have to manage such a group required to pull this off.
