How many times have you heard a company roll out the “there will be no CR” only for a CR to happen. All this secrecy is a red flag to me, it smells too much like trust me don’t ask questions, we are having talks with xy&z but we can’t tell you anything thing about those discussions nor can we tell you much about what you have invested into, but hey, trust me, oh and I’d like some more free shares thanks. That’s my opinion.
