Dang dufus. Context is fundamental to research. The "who", "what", "where" and "when" can be just as important as "why". Heck a part of the process is to allow yourself to discuss and develop a preconceived observation as your knowledge grows.

You pretending an adhoc opinion on limited information outweighs subsequent actions and publication of a full fledged research paper is idiotic.

You pretending there's a nuance to understanding scientific research and Fuster's 2021 observation by which chronology and context should be thrown out the window is garbage. Simple.

If it's not, as a self proclaimed student of medicine and science - prove it. Cite your claims to prove that you're not just pulling ideas out of hot air. Because at the moment your arguing against logic.
