We should have a thread with very clear steps outlined on how to vote for the upcoming resolution. I'm sure some geniuses on here could contribute with that (I'd do it but I'm in the dark on how to. I have a decent number of shares though and 100% want to vote no)Us shareholders need to put our foot down. We have been outright lied to being told the two wells would be consecutively drilled and that we had everything ready to go. We have had months to get all supplies needed.
We have our CEO possibly trying to keep the share price down for his own benefit (for performance shares. This would explain the email instead of as announcement)
We have management who would love more shares but do they really deserve it? God no. Our share price is awful. We are the only company to find oil and our share price goes down. The blame 100% lies with management and their lies / very infrequent updates. If we had better management we'd be over 10c right now
