    Basically Tanz Gov have 45 days to decide if they want to continue using stalling tactics to prevent seizure of assets (i.e. stay of enforcement).
    • If they do, then the annulment motion has new conditions such that it becomes their last chance to win this case with no recourse for legal challenges later.
    • If they don't then the annulment motion continues as is and IDA can simultaneously continue seizure process. However, if annulment is successfully after asset seizure has occurred, IDA have to reimburse.
