You should have received an email on 30 October, with the subject: "Liontown Resources Limited - Share Purchase Plan Now Open".
The email included a link to the registry, Computershare, to participate in the SPP.
If you didn't get an email, you can probably log in to Computershare, navigate to your LTR holding, and go from there.
