Good on yer fearless... When you invest, it's always a good idea to find out what they are trying to sell. What the actual product is.
Not LFP... BMLMP. Upreti got a patent for it in 2017. They tried to sell the IP and get others to make it but no one wanted it. They said they tried lots of manufacturers but, no takers.
Then they decided to buy some second hand kit and make the cells themselves. Paid $5 mill. For 5 years, that kit sat gathering dust in a warehouse in Endicot. No one wanted to invest hmmm.
Then they thought... "lets just go for it using SH money and highly leveraged borrowing."
And they did and no-one wants to buy the BMLMP cells. And they have run out of money.
Not really a Giga Factory (300 cells a day). Upreti says they will turn it into a lab. When the money comes in.
