Thoughts?
It's a posibilty but there's a few things to consider, yellow, it broke resitance, so the actual H&S doesn't look right.
It's current path is in an upward trend, refer purple line.
An actual H&S should follow the blue line, but it hasn't.
So, to me, it doesn't look like H&S.
