the women are Aus citizens. the Gov/nation has a responsibility to care for them. they should be brought home and charged with any offences as the law deems appropriate and tried.
the kids should at least be removed from such an abhorrent place and the best option is to bring them home with their mothers, taught in our schools, debriefed by appropriate mental health teams, cared for under our health system and helped to become productive citizens of Aus.
"If they do get out and realise their country has abandoned them then they are definitely going to hate us. ". ...... this is the salient point... no greater certainty than they would be more likely to become jihadist if they stay where they are.
