I share many of your concerns, but the large contracts announced in the past have come following successful proof of concept trials. If the platform was not that useful or not delivering as promised why did these POC's convert? IO's explanation that the large utilities have paused or suspended many of the programs is consistent with IkeGPS's 60% fall in transaction revenue in the last half (though their subscription revenue still rose). This doesn't excuse the poor communication and general opaqueness, but there's undoubtedly significant macro issues at play. Though even if you take everything at face value, they obviously can't afford for these delays to continue much longer.
