Interesting that the broker valuations all seem to be based on NTA valuation with no value attributed to earnings.
I don’t mind, I am holding this one for ongoing yield with the piece of mind that even if business completely ceases they can run off the book & return my capital with attached run off earnings.
I just find it puzzling that the market seems to attribute no value to what are healthy and, based on current market conditions, quite secure earnings - anyone have any ideas why?
