Doesn't say who. ARV hold 6.75 million. The would be required to issue a change in substantial holder within 48 hours if they were selling down and their holding changed by 1%
You would think that ARV would need to state this, if they were in escrow, when they say they have equities that can be sold if needed for cash flow
