But does it mean, they can sell the shares and will receive anything over 5.2c, however they can take a loan from the company to pay for the shares they sell.
E.G John V sells 1 million shares at 5.5c, he can take a loan to pay for the $52 000 he has to pay ZEO, but can pocket $3000, however he can borrow $52000 interest free from the company to pay for the shares.
Trying to find out what the rules are for being allowed to sell etc.
